1. Is that Joe Jonas is the picture with the white teddy bear and the purple wall?
2. I’m a tween and moving, and my mom said I could re-design my room. I was thinking colors of maybe green, navy, and yellow. What’s a good theme for those colors? (not beach, just had that)

im gettin a new room, so its guna need to be decorated. ive already got lots of colours in my head but i want some decorations and since i love to sing and dance i want things to do with that.. but not babyish since i am 13! the i love dance thing i like,, where could i get it from or things like that from,, i also dont no what to type in on google, to come up with the accessories, do you knw what to type inn? could you pleasee reply as soon as possible :D to as many questions lol :) thankyouuuussss x

ok maddie, hot pink and green are AMAZING together. that’s my color scheme actually. Do your bedding that color, accent pillows those colors, and hen do your walls like this: alternate between light pink, and just a shade deeper pink, tehn do a black strip that wraps around your whole room in the middle of your walls. stick to white carpeting, or get a white, wall-to-wall rug for your floor from pbteen.com. use white bcuz teh black will amke ur room seem smaller, but if you use white, it’ll again open up. add a mirror 2 help w/ that as well. hope this helps!

ok caitlin, foryour floors, get a wall to wall rug from pbteen.com i suggest. it’ll completely cover up your floors if u get the right size. if you want a contemporary look with a little retro, try ussing retro colors like orange, lime green, and hot pink, but in contemporary ways. for your walls, stay simple, but chic. i suggest a warm, sunny yellow for your walls-it’s a total retro color, and TOTALLY in. retro, all together is coming back, soour in luck. o, and b4 i forget, get the rug in a cool patern like polka dots or stripes, and get one full of color- i suggest the “Water color rug” from pbteen. it has big floral print, is very colroful, and it’s totally retro. plus, floral print is so in right now. now for your room, keep it simple. that’s what’s contemporary right now-simple-, and bcuz ur doing retro, it’ll balance out all the color, and print. white furniture was bcuming [more] popular then, and it’s contemporary as well. if you don’t have white furniture, ask if you can spra paint pieces of furniture in ur room. if that’s a no-go, then use washed out tie die pillows, hot pink, lime green, or orange washed outpillowsb lighter, but will still amtch. you cna buy tie dieing kits at lots of stores, so you could change your whole bedding if you’d liketo. hope this helps!

okay, so kaylee, here’s what u can do: get fabric in the colro of your preference and to the size of your walls (you’ll have to measure), then hang it up w/ a staple gun, or large nails or tacs. for flooring, get a wall to wall rug, i suggest from pbteen.com. hope this helps!

okay, so first things first jen: if u have a small room, ALWAYS stick 2 light colors for the walls, and your room’s primary color(s). dark colors make ur room seem even SMALLER than it actually is, but light colros create open, wider seeming rooms. you could have darker accenting colors, but only use them in small portions throughout teh room, to keep the “open” feel. i’m not sure what a terracotta suite is, but write back, and then i’ll help u w/ that. ciao!

i can help ya shelbi! those colros work well together, but if u can’t make up ur mind, try adding some accent colors- like mayb yellow, plue, or purple. if you incoorperate them in the room a little, tehn you will be able to easily convert them to teh primary colors of ur room. alsio, if ur unsure about a canopy, get a regular bed, then get a ceiling hanging canopy from pbteen.com. bcuz it hangs on the ceiling u can take it on and off as u pleez. hope this helps!

alos, for ur color scheme, choose colors like fushia, light pink, and pale greens, as well as peaches, and mochas. the pinks will go well w/ dance, the mochas will contrats top horses, and the fushias will help w/ hearts. the pale green will make a nice accent color!

not sure if u want help, but if you love to dance, but prefer a heart or horse room, try putting up a picture on your wall that says, i heart dance (use a heart shape, not the word). then you could do a heart theme about how you love to dance! and you can still incooperate horses as well. just make up a picture that says i heart horses, and put that on your walls as well. hang some ballerina shoes (if you do ballet) on one of ur bed posts, put horse figurines and knick-knacks around your room, and put a stuffed horse on ur bed! check out pbteen.com for a mural of a dancer, or of a horse 9i’m pretty sure they have a horse). on pbteen, u can also get letters that’ll cling to your wall. put inspirational sayings on them about your love of dance, horses, ect. order teh letters you need to write what u wanna say, them put em up on ur walls. hope this helps!

i’m sorry if it’s bugging u 2 here from me over and over again, but i just had one last idea for your room. try taking photography of lotus’s. they are a type of water flower that come in really pretty pale colors, and they’ll b sure 2 add serenity, peace, and elegance to your room. to check out a whole theme based on lotus’s, head to betterhomesandgardens.com, and search for their summer 2009 issue of the magazine. then look for teh article, “lotus motifs”. hope this helps!

hey, im turning 15. and i just moved to a new house not to long ago! and my mom has decided to let me decorate my room however i want! i was thinking about a canopy bed, and the colors bubble gum pink, and a light pale green!(: but i like change, which makes me hesitate on the colors. because i know that i will change my mind in a couple of months. i was woundering if you could help me out!(:

Hi, we are in the middle of Re decorating… I have put dark hardwood floors in all our bedrooms… My daughters furniture, which consists of Daybed, 2 dressers, desk and hutch are all white… She loves hot pink, lime green, black, and turquoise..When she seen the room, 3rd from the top she loved it.. My question is What colors did you use in this room… I would love any feedback..
