Why is Rafter Tales Holding This Contest?

Everybody needs a good cordless drill, so we decided to ask all of you, our readers, visitors and sponsors for a little help in return for a chance to win a new cordless each month!

This is a contest and not a free giveaway; if you are an Interior Designer, work in the home building trades or avid Do-It Yourselfer, this contest is for you. It’s your opportunity to get some great PR and Buzz for yourself with a free review of your Web site on the Rafter Tales Home Improvement Blog. Share your knowledge and expertise with others and learn from others and win these free grand prizes!

If you are just looking to spam another list and win without putting forth any effort, please don’t bother entering the challenge. We are looking for your responses to our articles and to other readers’ questions and comments. You don’t have to write an article, but you do have to share something helpful and insightful, even if brief to have a shot at winning.

How Does the Contest Work?

At the end of each month we will judge all entries accepted and select the commentator we feel has done the best job of helping out fellow readers and adding something interesting and valuable.

You may enter every month as many times as you like; judging will be based upon both the quality and quantity of comments you enter!

What Do I have to do to Win?

Find a topic you like and can add helpful comments on; if you find an idea or project you have done yourself, you will have a better chance of winning.

We delete all comments that are spammy, abusive or off topic, so make sure you enter something useful and relevant. You must provide your name and valid email address in order for your comments to appear on the Web site.

If you have not posted previously, your comment will be held in our moderation queue until approved. After the first time you successfully submit a comment that is approved, your future comments will be automatically approved, subject to deletion or modification at Rafter Tales’ sole discretion.

Who Can Win?

You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify. If selected as a contest winner, you must also verify your name and valid shipping address in order to collect your prize; we will ship

What are the Contest Limitations?

You can only win the Rafter Tales Cordless Comments Challenge one time; if you are selected as one of our Grand Prize winners, you will not be eligible to win again.
